Five Host Boroughs Public Art Support Programme

As a member of the Contemporary Art Society's consultancy team for this project, Jeni Walwin contributed to the following aspects of the programme:

Providing a curatorial overview of all public art opportunities within the 5 boroughs

Following meetings with officers from Planning, Regeneration, Transport, Public Realm and Culture recommending a key opportunity for developing a live public art project within each borough to which curatorial support would be offered.

Contributing to the programming of a public art event for the Create Festival.
Entitled Brief Encounters: The Future of Public Art in East London the event was intended to generate debate, using exemplary public art projects in East London as the catalyst.
